At Granite Works, we are often asked by trade and retail clients alike about the process from time of order to delivery of a stone order.
Granite Works not only has A-grade quality stock items, we also specialise in the manufacture of stone to your specifications. It is important to us that quality and communication follow your order from start to finish. From your first consultation with one of our sales staff right through to delivery, we strive to ensure that your order is as perfect as possible. To this end we have sourced a large range of colours and stones from factories that deal exclusively with us from which we supply throughout Australia and Europe.
When your stone order is placed with us, our factories start work immediately and take great pride in producing your stone in the best possible time frame with an emphasis on consistency, quality and accuracy. Once they have received your order, they will come back to us with an Estimated Time of Arrival for your stone, and you will be contacted by one of our team to keep you updated on the status of your order.
Granite Works employs no less than four Quality Control Personnel on the ground at our factories who work around the clock to make sure that your stone order matched Granite Works’ high standard for quality and tolerances, and will reject any stone that does not.
You will be contacted again close to the time of availabilty of your stone to again keep you updated on the status of your order, and when your order is available, our logistics manager will consult with you regarding your delivery needs.
