Standard Ashlar Paving Patterns

What is an Ashlar Paving Pattern?

Ashlar was traditionally a term used with masonary walling but, in recent years, has been used to describe a seemingly random paving pattern.

Our Ashlar patterns are made up of a set number of pavers; as you can see below. Using these Ashlar sets it's possible to complete a project using just one set without seeing the repetition. To achieve the best results it's recommended that, on installation, each set is rotated and - if possible - intergrated with the sets already installed.

In the examples below you will notice that each paver is 5mm short of being a 'traditional' size. This is because the ashlar patterns are designed to be installed with 5mm grout line.
