Admin & Customer Service Role


Full-time position for immediate start

Granite Works are a small but rapidly growing, family owned business specialising in natural stone. We’re located in Mulgrave but supply to customers (architects, designers, landscapers and builders) all over Australia.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused office assistant to help take the business to the next level. The successful applicant will need to be friendly, well organised, proactive and quick thinking. A strong attention to detail is a must.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Customer service/showroom sales
  • Responding to client enquiries and scheduling deliveries
  • Inventory management and stocktakes
  • General administrative duties (data entry, typing of quotations, responding to phone enquiries, etc)

Attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and time management skills are important aspects of this role. 

Experience is beneficial but a willingness to learn and an ambitious attitude are a priority.
