At Granite Works, there is only one thing we love more than supplying premium stone, and that’s sourcing it for a good cause.
When it comes to charities, there are few more deserving than the Little Heroes Foundation. Supporting the care and comfort of seriously ill children, this foundation is on a mission to raise funds for essential equipment and services.
When approached by Finesse Built and the Little Heroes Foundation about sourcing natural stone for a luxury home fundraiser, we were delighted to assist.
Throughout 2018 and 2019, we worked alongside fellow industry to help create a beautiful 2 storey home in the gorgeous suburb of Somerton Park.
For the project, we supplied over 10k worth of Jasmine White limestone and Acid Washed Pietra Grigio limestone in a brushed and tumbled finish to complement the sophisticated modern home.
Our limestone pool coping added a stunning finish to the alfresco area and poolside that was slip-resistant, durable and long-lasting.
Upon completion in 2019, all proceeds from the auction of the home went toward the ongoing work of the Little Heroes Care program.
We were very proud to be a part of this incredible project and are grateful to have been able to support such a worthy cause.
